CLM tasting next week...

CLM tasting next week...

Is anyone going to the tasting next wendsday the 24th at Chateau La Mer? Is the time 7 or 730?

Also if anyone has gone before, is it worth it go and try the food? Is it good, how is the place??

I am going!!! So excited. I keep hearing that the food is amazing and come hungry because it is plentiful!!! I am not sure what time it actually starts, I thought just arrive between 7 and 7:30. I have a call in to Lou, I will find out when he calls back and let you know!

It was definately worth it! The food and service was excellent and you got to take whatever you didnt finish home with you! They also had a photographer there, DJ, and a limo company there.

SOOOOO worth it! I went back in January and I love everything and I am a very picky eater! They let you try everything and the service was great! They had limo, photographer and DJ there too. I am using all of their vendors.

omg it is so worth it!!! they give you full appetizers, full salads, a HUUUUUUGE platter of like 7 meals to split among everyone, then the put the mini vienese (no idea how to spell that lol) platter of cookies and a fondue area. the whole thing was open bar too...we went with both of our sets of parents and FH and i booked on the spot!

you're gonna love it its soooooooo yummy and they set it up like a mini wedding! dj, desert tables r set up nice you'll love it

It is either time. They like to stagger the groups because at the end you can meet with Lou or Nick and tour the place, get pricing , etc.

Their food is excellent! Have fun!!

lol im to scared too and FH wont do it he goes ' youre the one that wants CLM so bad, you work it out' lol
im shy and have lots of anxieties. confrontations and bargening is one of them lol

its just me and FH going to the tasting and we REALLY are considering booking them that night if everything is right....
I have alot of anxiety about asking for things and haggling but my FH will just say yes to everything and pay 20,000 more than he has to bc its what he wants and he wants CLM!! so that puts me in the position of having to be the hardballer...its so awkward and kind comes off as being bitchy, but the more you do it the easier it gets!!
