CLM tasting tomorrow

anyone else going?!
those who have gone aready, what can we expect? do they let you taste cake samples as well?!

I went to a showcase/tasting they had a few months back. They had some vendors there, but not too many. There were about 7 of us total so we got our own table and they brought us drinks and a HUGE platter of a lot of the food they serve there.
Some of it was good and yet, some of it wasn't wonderful. They weren't giving us the best of the best though. For instance, they gave us Chicken Cordon Bleu (which hardly anyone has as a main dish anymore) and it was very mediocre. The shrimp was good though and I remember a couple other things being tasty.

same here!!! and they usually have all those showcases on the weekdays though

you are going to love it. They have a mozz & roasted pepper appetizer, then salad, then they put a family style platter of several entrees on the middle of the table as well as veggies and potato croquettes. there is an open bar and a choc fountain for dessert as well as cookies on the table!! there may be a few house vendors there...def the dj and maybe 1 or 2 photogs. Enjoy !!

I went already and thought it was great. They give you anything you want from the bar and they never let our glasses get empty before they brought us a new drink. They give you a choice of salad and then bring out a big platter of a bunch of entrees, potatoes, and veggies. For dessert they brought over a platter of cookies and then there was a chocolate fountain.

I went when i was considering them...the food is sooo good! They give you a ton of food and dessert - whatever is left, you can take home...i loved it!! ENJOY!
