does anyone know if you can get the cheesecake bar or ice cream station without the vienesse?
Also Yacht arrival??? do you come in during or after CT hour. MY CT hour is 730...will i miss the whole thing?
how many bartenders do they give you...we guaranteed 125 but now we are going to have at least 200...we need more bartenders....

I was just at a wedding about 3 weeks ago at CLM....they had the ice cream station without the vinesse hour. Also the bride and groom arrive toward the middle of the CT and then the photographer captured them to take pictures with the family....so they did pretty much miss the whole CT. Not sure about how many bartenders were there. But let me just tell you ...the wedding was amazing...the place was beautiful and the food was to die for.

Can't answer the boat question because I was married in the fall and it was too cold to use it.
We had the ice cream station without a full vianese. We also had a chocolate fountain and candy cart. I am not sure about the cheesecake.
I am not sure about the bartenders- I know they pride themselves on people not HAVING to get up to to go the bar because the wait staff will handle that for you. We had about 150 people and had no complaints with the bar staff.
Don't worry- everything will be amazing!!

We missed our CT but I knew I was. My familypics were more important to me and we have a big family with 4 sets of parents
the ice cream station I had thrown in b/c we didnt take their wedding cake so i dont know how much it is
as far as bartenders I dunno how many there were but i know i had 231 people and everything at the bar seemed to be going fine
