I like her taste to be honest... I liked a lot of her wedding ideas. She gave me a lot of ideas too, which i value and appreciate.
But I agree with B&B on this one, she could have been nicer in her delivery and tone, especially when other people asked for an opinion.

ya this is true also...i forgot bout that...thing is she is who she is and she was flashy yes i have to agree but she wasnt a bad person...you cant help how your brought up or the lifestyle your use to...its sad tho but its true she was alittle showy offy but again thats what she knows and people in her life accepted it so she would never change

I was turned off by many of her comments - whether she meant to or not, she DID make statements that sounded snobby...
that being said, i chose to stop opening her threads instead of attacking her. I think as adults we should all realize that not everyone thinks the same way, acts the same, etc.
eta: I don't think she was a bad person at all, she was always making suggestions etc. But just because someone isn't a bad person, doesn't mean you can be BFF's with her KWIM?
I def don't agree with ganging up on anybody for their personality. i hate mean girl mob mentality

Thats why its so easy for everyone to speak and get along here on the boards...Can I honestly say NWR would I be friends with 75% of this board outside of LIF...NO...Do I think some people are just not my taste in personality...YES. But on here we are all friends....and I think people let there high school mentality of ooohhhh she's the stuck up pretty girl thinking shes hot sh*t sitting at the cool lunch table lol and they ganged up on her over a comment about how much her BM spent for her shower gift....which I can probably pull about 5 threads from the boards right now with people talking about how much so and so gave at their wedding, shower, engagement party or how many gifts their getting etc. or how their IL's arent paying nearly half as much as this one is or blah blah blah. SHE was targeted and attacked because of HER personality.

I with ya on this - i got to the point where i just avoided her topics.
Though I will admit that I did comment on 'THE' thread b/c that really just set me over the edge w/ her.

For me, it was also the way she worded things sometimes. When people asked for an opinion, she was harsh if she disagreed....even though people want opinions, good and bad, sometimes it seemed like she could have been nicer.
That being said, I still want her to be here if she wanted to be, and I feel bad that she left because of what happened. Everyone is entitled to how they feel about something.
Like Anney said....even though I also stopped opening her posts, there was no need to go overboard and trash her completely and make her feel unwelcome...I know that's not what I wanted!
