W are closing on our co-op next Thursday!! What can we expect?? What exactly goes on and how long does it take? Thanks!!

Closings are typically pretty long. I've done some that last allll day long. I've done some that last only a few hours. But I think you should ask your attorney for more info.
There will be a LOT of paperwork to be signed...lots of checks handed over...lots of stuff...your atty should be able to give you a run down.
