Hi: Congrats to both of you. Thats great. FH & I are seriously considering moving to the Charlotte area after the wedding. Can I ask you a few ?s. What type of jobs do you do? Did you take huge paycuts? Is your new home in a good area. (I've read that Charlottee is high crime in some areas). Thanks.
We'll be in Clayton, which is in Johnston County.......very low crime, but the homes are a tad more expensive.....the schools rate in the top 20% of the state......as for jobs, DH works in the IT field, which is very competitive, but the pay cut is not as drastic as you may think....The area of the Research Triangle has TONs of IT jobs.....as for me, I will be working as a secretary in a patent law firm in Raleigh (they already told me that they want me).
