Closing costs...what fees can be waived?

I just got my paperwork in, we are going to put a bid in on a house this week. Just wondering what fees can be waived. It seems like there are a bunch of BS fees!

There are a few things to negotiate.

The bank attorney's fees
Application fee
Credit check fee
Survey fee

There are others. When I dig out some of my GFEs, I'll post again.
