So we were supposed to close tomorrow.. now thats not happening,
Now they want even MORE info!!! i swear i dont know what to do, i could actually passout from frustration.. I have called and flipped out on everyone at the mortgage company.. OMG i cant wait until this is over so I can tell you the name of this place!!!
SO now we are tentativly closing next monday under conditions we get them all this new stuff... I dont even want the house anymore. I just want to go back to my apartment right now and unpack all the boxes and relax...

I promise, there is an end!! We went through this forever, since DH owns his own buisness. I also think it was our mortgage broker, he was recommended by the realtor and in retrospect i would not have used him-I think he confused the process more than he helped. Iwill tell you the day we closed was the best day ever, DH and I brought champagne w. us and after we went to our new house and got loopy. Even the dumbest bank/mortgage company cannot drag it out forever, hang in there-you are almost done!
BTW, I found that when I reached my limit, and called my mortgage broker telling him to sc*ew the whole thing and I was going to another company, it lit a fire under his as* and we closed a week later. Good luck!!!

Im in the same boat- I havent gotten a closing date either--- we put the bid in the beggining of november
My atty is the culprit, they said they had to order a new title the day we were supposedly going to close and that it will take another 2 weeks to come in----- HELLO!! this is you job why did you wait so long to order the title in the first place !!!!! omg I hate this process

I can totally relate!!! As if our mortgage process wasn't bad enough - and then they sell us to a new company - we decided to re-finance. We gave the new company a shot to do our re-finance in Sept. In Jan the guy was still asking me for things - things we had already provided at least 2ce. So on the advice of DH, I stopped calling to check up on him and you know - he never called us?!
We've since started working with someone else. They keep saying everything is giong along great, but Im still skeptical.
Never moving again unless I am rich enough to pay cash!!

BTW You guys are scaring me - we are scheduled to close soon - I can't take that and plan a wedding!!
