Closing tomorrow! - OK...WE are SOOOO not closing

Finally, after all of the back & forth, and drama and mess, we are closing tomorrow. The sellers are already packed & are giving us the keys to move in at closing.

I can't wait

ETA:
We were not able to close today b/c at the last friggin minute the bank atty called & said the the CO search on the house was incomplete - we have to order a whole new CO search, so now we have NO friggin idea when we can close

Sorry to vent, but also please please make sure that your attys have all the Co/Permit/title stuff in order

I love Tim...he is the greatest! Poor us though, he had to inspect 4 houses before we finally found *the one*

We used Tim Gill too, he was great. DH plans to bring him back after any major work on the house and/or every 5 or so years to help make sure all is well.

Oooh sorry to hear it.

We've been waiting to close 4 months due to CO issues.

We finally close next Thursday (fingers crossed)
