Clothes for e-pics

Hi Girls!
What colors are good/not good to wear for e-pics? Should i stay away from prints etc? Does white photograph well?

I am taking them august 14th at the Brooklyn Promenade and the Bridge.......was thinking of a cute lil white linen dress......someone had told me not to where white......doesnt look nice in pics??? i thought that was weird

That is such a great spot! That is where FI proposed to me. I think if you feel pretty in it than you should wear it. Brides seem to photograph pretty well and they are in white right?

i think it depends what look you're going for, whether its the beach, garden, city/urban atmosphere and go with what you are comfortable with

try to stay away from prints, a little is not bad but don't over do it, also personally i would stay away from you and FH wearing the same colored shirt

Thanks for all of your in put girls........I think i am going to stick with white and tell FH that he doesnt need to match...I was going to tell him to wear a white shirt.......but he would have told me absolutely not! he's not matching LOL he's getting on me enough already about taking these pics......LOL

not even about that but you two will blend too much in the pics especially when you hug, you should have a bit of contrast, especially with white you two would end up blending in together too much

I wouldn't do prints or matching tops either. Just make sure that you and your FH don't wear two colors that totally clash!

I would try to stay with solids as well. I think white'll be fine! After all... a lot of us will be wearing white sometime next year, and I damn sure better photograph well!
