ok so my make up girl asked that all the girls except me apply their own foundation to safe time. Some have color from tanning and it is a strapless dress. How do you apply foundation when wearing a strapless dress? Where do you stop applying it...do you do the neck ? also the loose powder..do we put that on after the fountation before all the other make up is applied? sorry but i am clueless...thanks.

IMO - just make sure the foundation shade that's chosen matches each girl exactly that way they can blend it into their jawline and won't have to apply any to their neck. Next, apply the loose powder with a big powder brush (lightly though cause you don't want to look cakey - they can brush that a bit on the neck and chest to give it an even finish-but also very lightly). I think that should blend nicely. If they need concealer, have them use it under the foundation and then dot it on again after the foundation is on. I think your make-up artist can then apply bronzer, blush or whatever - and that can be brushed lightly on the neck and chest to give like an all-over glow. :) Hope that helped a little.....
