Co-Op for Rent
So DH and I decided it might be better to rent our apartment for the time being as we are looking to buy a home. We have a beautiful lower level one-bedroom co-op in beautiful North Isle Village located in the Coram/Mount Sinai area. The co-op has a large living room, new kitchen, spacious bedroom (with 2 HUGE CLOSETS! ![]()
) and a large bathroom with sliding glass shower doors.
The community has a beautiful indoor and outdoor pool and a great gym! All would be included in the rent.
The lease would be for a year (and the renter would have the option to buy if they want to) and then we could extend it further if you want. We are asking $1100 for rent (which is slightly lower than what other co-ops in the community are renting for). Rent includes your gas, water, heat, and gym and pool membership.
