Co-op for Sale...

Hi. My parents are selling their Co-op and want to move to Florida.

If anyone is interested, here are the details:

Really nice large one bedroom, EIK, Formal Dining Room, Living Room, Full Bath, upper unit. New Carpeting, New Kitchen Appliances. Located in Selden, LI. They are asking $130K.

If anyone is interested, please FM for more details. Thanks,
Denise

Can you give me more information?
Approximately when do they want to move?
Where in Selden is it located?

We were going to start looking for a house in a few months but the prices are so high. Maybe a co-op would be smart for us right now.
