Co-op for Sale..

My parents are going to put their co-op up on the market this week. They want to move to Fl. (where else! :))

Anyway, it is located in Selden. Village in the Woods. Its a really nice size, and nice community. Swimming pool, tennis courts, clubhouse.

They have a large one bedroom, huge EIK, dining room, living room and full bath.

All new appliances.

Please call them if you are interested. My Mom's name is Pat and she is really nice (I am so bias)@! :)

Their number is (631) 716-2296.

Thanks,
Denise
