Co-op for Sale..

My parents are looking to sell their co-op. It is located in Selden. It is a large one bedroom. Living Room, kitchen, dining room and full bath, terrace. New appliances, rugs, paint, CAC.

They are asking around $130,000.

It is really nice. Maintenance fees are less than $600 a month (they include everything).

I have lot of pics, so if you are interested, please pm me.

Thanks,
Denise
