Your co-op is very nice. However, I dont think there are a lot of people who would pay $425,000 for a 1 bedroom co-op. I know I wouldnt. JMO. Good luck!
There is definitely someone out there willing to pay that for her co-op. It's in a great location and is in mint condition. It's all about the comps around her. She obviously listed with a broker. They don't just pick a number and say let's sell it for this amount. They tend to know what they are doing. Good luck selling your co-op. It's beautiful!!!

I agree also- It's the area- I looked at 1 bedrooms in long beach for a lot more then that- the co-op seems to offer a lot for that price- it sounds like a good deal- it's beautiful!
I didn't buy one- but I looked
for what a 1 or 2 bedroom is going for in Long Beach I could buy a nice house - with a driveway!
