1 parking spot is included but you can be put on a list for more spots if you want more than one -- I think it is $50 a month
No dogs are allowed but people do have quiet animals like cats and birds

I just wanted to add that we only have 1 parking spot between the two of us but there is plenty of street parking available - free and metered - have never had a problem getting a spot in the past 2 years

08 crasher... do u have a balcony? (i was looking at the pics and saw that some units had) and how much money do u have to put down for something like this and about how much a month? can u maybe FM me the details...FH and i really want to own something..but not sure if we can afford it
