Co-op for sale in Queens
Just in case anybody is looking....
The guy that lives above me is selling his apartment. Its a 2br co-op in Oakland Gardens Queens... in the Windsor Park complex.
Its a 2br 1bath apartment. I went up there today... its in great shape with a renovated kitchen and bath.
Asking price is 229k. About $560 a month in maintenance.
Its on MLS... but i dont have the MLS number. You can call Trudy Hart (Prudential) at 718-631-8900 x231 for more info.
They will probably get close to asking... the place looks nice and the market is hot.
