co-op related (recognition agreement?)

hi guys!

in the midst of purchasing a co-op....does anyone know what a recognition agreement is? i got one from the bank a couple of days ago and it says it needs to be signed by the co-op and brought to closing

i'm so confused

it proves the co-op is aware of the mortgate...this is a normal and standard document, and the co-op will be used to signing these all the time so don't worry

You just give it to the coop board and they deal with it...
