What is the norm for inviting co-workers/bosses? I am trying to keep my list as short as possible, to the point that I am not inviting extended family to the wedding. We are using an early RSVP date so if people respond No we can hand out invites last minute. Would I have to invite some/all the people from my job? Help

You don't have to invite them. If you're close to them invite them. I never expect to get invited to any of my colleagues weddings. I plan to invite a few since I'm pretty close with them.

Me too. And I am not inviting my boss(es). At my old job we were a small office so it was persumed everyone would be invited -- I thought it was rude of everyone since that meant we would take up an entire table!
