Co-workers at your shower

So I was debating for a long time about who from my job I should invite to the wedding. Long story short, I'm inviting the 5 girls I work with (out of a group of 11 people all together) and my boss. I'm really close to 3 of those 5 girls - and to be honest, I don't even think the other 2 are going to come to the wedding - so do I invite them to my shower? Can I invite the 3 and not the other 2 or should I just invite all 5? I hate all the politics that come with all this wedding stuff
