Just sent in the signed form and payment for our coach bus for the OOT guests. So happy to cross that off the list.
We are using Omega Express. FBIL/FSIL used them for their wedding and had no problems. Plus, I contacted about 7 different companies to compare quotes and they were by far the lowest.
Up next - book food tasting at Riviera and cake tasting at Black Forest!

no, the hotel is providing shuttles for free for the hotel guests. This is basically for FH's family coming in from England and Ireland who won't have any sort of trasnportation that day. It's also for anyone else who might be in the area that would like a ride that day (if they want to use it).

ohh gotcha... you had me confused bc i know we are using the same hotel, and they give you the shuttles.... I was nervous for a second! LOL

I was just given a quote of $1100 for a 56-passenger. I need one for the hotel guests as a shuttle to the reception. My hotel offers a shuttle, but it just isn't large enough.

we got a 57 pass for $1050 BUT that's with the bus traveling from Queens to the Bronx to Massapequa and back to Queens (9 hours). If you call them for a quote it may be less since it's just from the hotel to the RH. Give them a try!
