Cocktail hour

I am ordering personalizied cocktail napkins for the CH. I am having around 150 guests, how many napkins should I order?

the catalogs that i have priced the napkins sell them for a reasonable price. Only $16 for 100 napkins and that is with a small pic, names and date.

I did the same thing - I ordered 3 per person -then I ordered 200 for the bar in the room and another 200 because we are getting married on site and when our guest come they are to be greeted with a glass of Champaign and I want them to have a napkin for that too - So I would say you will be fine with 600

I also saw them for $16.00...I think it was in the Rexcraft catalog. You can choose a color and a small picture to put on them. I'll try to look for the catalog later but I'm almost positive that the website is www.rexcraft.com.
They also have coasters and matchbooks (you can match all of them)!
ETA: they are personalized with name and date

The now and forever catalog sells the white beverage napkins $16 for 100 (that includes the small picture name and date), the colorful beverage napkins sells for $18 for 100.

If you were interested in the luncheon napkins in white it is $17 for 100 and for colorful luncheon napkins $18.

That is the cheapest that I have seen. the site is now-and-forever.com

I have seen them priced for as much as $51 for 100 napkins.

I am on prewedding.com right now and they are 14.00 for 100...

Do you think I should order yet if I dont know my colors for the wedding yet...

I was going to get ECRU for napkins, but I dont know what color to do the lettering...

Advice?????????

You could always do white napkins with silver or black lettering.

I wasn't planning on mathching my napkins to my colors. I want to do white and black napkins.

ordered 450 bev. napkins

i know it is like 3 per person, but i figure when they run out, they run out...no big deal
