Hi- Im pretty new at all of this. Im on a tight budget and are still looking around for halls and things like that. Is anyone ever heard of or are having only a cocktail hour and desserts? And if you are did you have to pick a hall that does that or can any hall accommodate you in this way? Thanks

My friends friend is actually doing this next October at East wind. It will be a four hour affair and her ceremony is there also. Hope that helps.

i know my hall does this-atlantis marine workd aquarium. they have a menu for it on the website, you can also search for them on here they are a liw vendor. there are other ways to save big on weddings as well without cutting out anything, such as having your day in the off season (a winter month) and having a fri or sun, or weeknight wedding! you can save a whole lotta money like that! good luck! ~lacey

We originally wanted this...it is called a Cocktail Reception and most of the venues we visited offered a seperate menu. I still think it is a great idea, although we ended up opting for the ful sit-down.
