Trying to think of different ideas besides music for guests to be entertained. We went to a wedding last year and the couple had a charicture(sp) there and everyone loved it!! I know people do photobooths but what else is there?
i think for music im going to have a harpist play.. i also wanted to do the photobooth and i think its perfect to do it during the cocktail hour so it doesnt get in the way of the actual wedding

hmm, i'm not sure besides music for the CH. I feel like adding things runs the risk of it seeming Sweet 16-ish. Especially if your CH is only an hour long, guests will be mingling and walking around the food stations and bar and won't need to sit and watch something.
im just doing music... kind of want it to be classical and relaxing!
just music for me too... i don't want to overload the guests in one hour. i booked a guitarist who is going to perform like jimmy buffett songs and the like. it will be relaxing and fun to have in the background but not too much of an interference!

OK how do you go about finding musicians that will do something like this? How did you find this guitarist?
