You guys are so lucky with the sting quartets. I would love a violinist! We could have our DJ play if we want but instead we are just going to make a mixed CD they are going to pipe in.

I loved the idea of the sting quartets or the violin players.. But cocktail hours are SO LOUD. esp. his side of the family lol They would be a total waste of money for us b/c no one would hear them.
So we decided to get a 3 piece Jazz band instead. Nice and loud and upbeat.

We are having our DJ, but I thought since it was summer I would have him play all carribiean type music, steel drum bands etc...

The band we hired is providing a keyboardist and we added a Strings section. Our coctail room is big enough to have both
