The Knot.. wait until they have their sale and you can get them for $13.99. Their shipping is not the quickest however, so I would order them soon!

It took about 2 weeks to get my napkins. Just got them last night
Theknot had a nicer design with the monogram option. Some other websites only offered the name and date and were charging over $20 per 100. The 13.99 deal was a winner.
I did ivory napkins with metallic gold writing. The napkins feel nice also, good quality.

I know someone local who does napkins....she made me mine for my e-party, and they came out fantastic. She charges $16 for 100......FM me if you are interested, and I will give you her info
