Does anyone know how many cocktail napkins I am supposed to order if I'm inviting 275 people? What about matchbooks?

I ordered 300 for about 175 people....
i think it's 2 napkins per person or something like that. Plus it's only for the cocktail hour & they will be mixed with plain white ones the RH supplies....
