Cold AntiPasta

I am thinking of adding this to our Thanksgiving menu for a nice change.
For those of you that said you make this for the holiday .... can you help a clueless person out??

What is the shopping list? (I have a great Italian meat store/deli near me)

and

How does it get arranged?

Thanks!

Hey Kate!

Usually this is what I buy- and excuse the spelling in advance.

those mini peppers stuffed w. provolone and procsuitto
sundried tomatoes
marinated fresh mozz balls
marinated mushrooms
roatsted red peppers
sliced sweet and hot sopressetta
crusty Italian bred
sliced genoa salami- sliced thin
sliced procsuitto
breadsticks
chunks of provolone

I just arange these all on a platter. The prcsuitto and salami get wrapped around breadsticks... 1/2 salami breadsticks and half procsuitto breadsticks.

hope this helps.

Thanks Latina and Sass!

I'll give it a try, say... do you put this out at dinner? Or more like during appetizer time?

Usually we put it out before both- sort of like a grazing platter- because people are STARVING when they get to the house, ya know?

I put the same as Latina and also bread (italian, olive bread, etc.) and we put it out as an appetizer to start off the meal.
