Cold Spring Country Club - 3rd New Catering Manager

I have to vent. I am getting married in less than a month and the catering manager we've been dealing with for the past 6 months was fired last week. Not to mention that he was the SECOND catering manager we were already dealing with as the previous CM left in February. So now we are a month from the wedding and I have to talk through the details of the wedding for a third time.

What if this next person leaves on the day of my wedding!

My banquet manager went on vacation two days before my wedding...I ended up typing up everything (and I mean everything) that I wanted done and needed to be put out at the wedding so that I knew it would be done correctly.

If you're really worried about details not getting done right, I would do the same thing and make sure that it's in your file. This was if it happens again, you can say, look in my file...or just print out another one for them!
