Collection of random things to note

Collection of random things to note

I don't know about you girls, but i've been to A LOT of weddings lately, and I've been keeping a mental (soon to be written down!) list of things I want to go over with the RH that I never would have thought of had I not been to a few weddings ---things I really liked and areas I thought needed improving--- I thought that maybe we could all add our thoughts and collect them into one list... here's a few to start...

-cold water in bridal suite upon arrival
-hors d'ouvres passed around while photos are being taken
-waiters to refill coffee cups; make sure coffee is hot
-make sure sugar/creamer is on table when coffee is served
-wine bottles automatically on the table (not having to wait to be asked)
-attentively replacing plates during CH so they don't run out; make sure every table/station has a stack of plates
-cocktail forks available for raw bar (esp. for crab claws)
-remind best man to direct people to 'raise glasses to ___' at end of speech

Love ur list...definitely notebooking this...i have lots of things im gonna want...

im making a list of the specific cocktail hour food that MUST be in the bridal suite at all times LOL or ill forget to eat the food that im so looking forward to!! :)

i wanna ask if they can make a little 'doggy bag' for lack of a better word, for FH and I to take with us with some leftover food (cuz u kno damn well they r gonna have xtra food) since we probably wont get much time to eat dinner and be STARVING by the time we get to the hotel

This is good! I have few:

- do not take the room apart at the end of the night until all guests have left the ball room. I was at a wedding recently and the room was empty at 105. The bride and groomwere still saying good bye to their guests! I was one of them. The room looked sad and depressing

- having ceremony at rh (insde) - if the kitchen is near by do not cook anything or make any kitchen noises during ceremony. I do not want pots and pans clanging around while I am saying my 'I dos'

Hm I thought I had more but I can't think too early.
