College of Mt. St. Vincent, and I also took classes at Manhattan College. Graduated 1991 (I'm old ) and went to Queens college for grad school and graduated 1997.

Erica did you have a similar experience as me (difficult time getting a job as a guidance counselor)?

I was actually a teacher while getting it...so I never tried in NY...now that I am in CA...I am pursuing it...but it involves a lot of crap involving certification

they shouldn't since NYS has a reciprical program with most states...

its just a lot of red tape...b/c they aren't sure of NY's requirements...so they need my school to say that I am qualified...yada yada yada...gotto love educational red tape!!!

I was in Sigma Delta Tau! We now have the honors house on Springettsbury! Maureen, we would have been there at the same time! Its such a small world!
