Collusion!!! Trickery!!!! ROOAAAARRRR!!!!

So my final set of cocktail napkins came today, from For Your Party. Essentially, I was being a brat, and ordered 2 sets from The Knot when they were having their sale, and 1 set from For Your Party, only because they had a Venetian flourish design I was in love with, even though the napkins themselves were double the price for the same quantity. Hence, I only bought 100 of them, and bought 200 from the Knot, for the same exact price!

So they came today, and are beautiful and I like them a lot, but....

THEY CAME IN THE SAME PACKAGING, SAME BOX, SAME GRAPHICS ON IT AND ALL.

Meaning...that the napkins came from the same manufacturer, and I got GAUGED. I am so pissed. Probably more so that I wasn't able to source the manufacturer and order direct lol, but I am beyond annoyed right now that I paid double the price for literally the same exact item!

OH NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!! Im so sorry Ali!!!!!!

But I thought you went with foryourparty.com because they had a different graphic that you liked that theknot.com didnt offer??

Yeah, they had the Venetian graphic, which was their own design that they send to the printers. The Knot has their own set of stock designs that they send. But the printer/manufacturer is clearly the same, because they both came in the exact same packaging, meaning that both companies are paying the same price, just decided on completely different markup!
