Colon Hydrotherapy Cleanse????

Has anyone try it?
If so... share....

Does it hurts?
Do u feel good after it?

any problems?

I've tried the tea... not a fan.


And if a colon cleanse is anything like the prep for a colonoscopy, I'm out - leaves your tushy raw.

Do not do a colonic-
I had a REALLY bad experience with that!!

There was just an article in huffington posts... about doctors who are retracting thier statements regarding this. Its causing more issues than helping anyone. I had wanted to... but after reading this it changed my mind

My FH bought me a day at the spa as a gift. I (being the hippy esque yoga teacher that I was) really wanted to try a cleanse (colonic) All the yogi's in the world RAVED about it.

Anyway- they tube in the butt was weird but acceptable. The lady shooting fluid up into my colon / intestines while talking to me and massaging my stomach and legs was VERY uncomfortable but yet I could handle it-

The sucking out part wasn't working and I was having SUCH BAD stomach pains that I went into a panic attack on the table-
I kept getting the feeling that the tube was going to shoot out and there would be a big mess.

She kept telling me to 'breathe' and relax.. but the pain was insane.

She wound up removing the tube and sitting me on the toilet where I got sick for over and hour.

After this- I went home and was SICK for days. My electrolytes and other salts/ levels were completely off balance. I thought I was going to have to go to the hospital.

wow! i guess it's a good thing i never did my colon cleanse that i won at twoty. i was probably going to do it in a month or so but not after this!
