Has anyone used them? They are local florists for me and i would like to check them out. I have looked at FM (way over priced), Pedestals (liked them) and Burtons.
I have just seen some pics from Colonial and Flower Barn and the work looks nice!
TIA

Re: Colonial vs. Flower Barn
Colonial is a great florist. My parents used to use them for different events they had. I know my brother and SIL used Flowers by Brian as well and they loved them. I don't know how pricey they are. I am using James Cress

Re: Colonial vs. Flower Barn
Mike at Flower Barn is great, his prices are very reasonable and he does very nice work
We met with Mike from Flower Barn, and he was great. The only reason we didn't book him is because FM gave us a much much better price.

James Cress is out east in Smithtown. They are the 'house' vendor of our RH and they are great!

Re: Colonial vs. Flower Barn
I vote for Colonial. I did not meet with Flower Barn. My bf's cousin works at Colonial (Irene) and I was going to use them but FH's mom is paying for flowers and she wanted me to use Flowers By Brian b/c she knew someone there. Otherwise, I would have definitely gone with Colonial. Their work is beautiful and they pay extra attention to detail.
Good luck with whatever you decide.
You can also check out Flower's by Brian but in my opinion, they are up there in price too.

Re: Colonial vs. Flower Barn
I booked with Flower Barn. I just went for my sample centerpiece on Friday. I loved it!! Mike is amazing. I have heard good things about Colonial also. Check with both of them and see what you like in the end. I will try and get you a picture of mine.
