Ok girls, I need your help. Originally, I wanted my colors to be brown and orange for my fall wedding.
Then, last week I saw an inspiration board for a fall vineyard wedding where they used burgundy and olive green as the color palette and I fell in love!
Now I don't know what to do!
What do you girls think:
- Play up the fall date and go with brown and orange
OR
- Play up the vineyard location with burgundy and olive green

I am having a early fall wedding as well.
My mom wanted me to go with the typical fall colors, but I always have to disagree with my mother.
I am going with burgandy, navy blue, chartruse, and ivory. see my inspiration board in my album.
I think the burgandy with the olive green will look really nice and maybe you can even throw in some burnt orange to make it look like fall if that is what you want to go with.

I personally, am not a fan of the brown and orange combo. I think it feels like Thanksgiving.
If it were me, I'd probably still do a fallish theme, but incorproate the burgundy and have my flowers with oranges and such, so it's still fall but not so literal.

I definitely think you should go untraditional on this one and do the burgandy olive. Sounds gorgeous and still complements the chillier season.
I too am not a huge fan of the brown and orange.

ITA. I think the brown and orange reminds me of Pilgrims and turkeys.
I do think that you should have burgandy in your color scheme somewhere.
I think that you can have whatever colors you want!

I love them both, but I feel like the brown and orange is so popular. I always like to see something that is not totally expected, so I'd vote for the burgundy & olive. Its beautiful and goes with and has the feel of the fall theme, but its more creative and not as literal. I do really like the brown and orange inspiration board that you put together tho!
