Ok I had ordered match books when they were on sale last summer after we got engaged. Originally our colors were going to be sage green and gold with ivory accents. Then in November when we went to look at bm dresses all of my bm's and myself loved the dress in black. So now my colors are black and ivory with pale pink accents. Ok now to my question, I ordered twoo hundred matches 100 in sage green, and 100 in gold. I really do not want to have to order new ones, I know they are on sale right now for $25 but I got my for $15. I really want to use them, I was originally going to just put them on the tables. They say our names and 'the perfect match' They are really cute. What should I do?

Forget about the color and use them! Don't get so hung up on what 'your colors' are. They are pretty and still match...and I guarantee that none of your guests will think, 'These are pretty but not their colors. What were they thinking?'
Pink and sage totally go well together.

Use them, You got a good price and you wouldn't want them to go to waste. I don't think anyone will notice

If you really don't care to be all matchy matchy then use. People won't care about the color as long as they can use them to light their cigarette or cigar lol.

IMHO it wont look great ... but at the end of the day, nobody will be paying attention to the color of your matchboxes... they will just see it as another free thing to take hoem and they will like it!
