I've decided that sooner than later I am redoing my bathroom walls.
Can anyone recommend a buttery-sunflowery yellow color paint? I definitely dont want bright yellow. I was it to be soft but not too light.
Help!

Oh geez... I had the perfect paint swatch for you, but I just threw it out last week!!!!
We were going back and forth between a light butter yellow and a 'baby' green (for lack of a better description ) for the baby's room, and we decided on the green so I tossed the yellow.
It was Benjamin Moore, and it was such a delicious color... I'm going to wrack my brain until I think of the name!

Jenn, maybe the website has colors, or maybe you can call Home Depot and wrack the brain of the paint guys Im sure they can recite the colors backward and forward, and can help you in a second ...

Re: Color recommendation needed
I'm looking at all of the yellows on the Benjamin Moore website right now, and none of them look right.
Then again, the green we choose SCARES me on the site, so maybe the color on my monitor isn't true to life...

I just used Honey Pot- it is Valspar from Lowes and the paint was really nice to use. It is a deeper mustardy yellow, not too bright or sunny.

Liz, we used a Benj Moore color - Golden Straw - for my hubby's office room. It's nice and bright - but definitely not TOO yellow. It has more golden tones....but, I will say, it was too bright for a bedroom, but might be really nice for a bathroom

'Inviting Ivory'
My living room is 'Inviting Ivory' from Sherman Williams. It is a light warm buttery/ivory color. I love it...and it sounds like what you are looking for.

Re: 'Inviting Ivory'
We used Benj Moore Sugar Cookie and it came out a pale yellow--very cheerful but not too bright.
