Ladies, I need your help! I am trying to come up with a second color to incorporate into my color scheme. I am doing a vineyard theme (not getting married in a vineyard, though)...and since the wedding will be in the summer, I don't want to go with any dark colors. I chose sugarplum as my main color. What other color would go with it? I was thinking maybe champagne?
I do like the champaign idea. I think that would be very pretty. But if you want something different, I'm doing a similar color along with yellow and 'spice' from Alfred Angelo which is a burnt orange color. The only difference is that the spice is more of my main color and the purple is to accent it. But those colors may be to dark for what you are thinking so maybe a yellow and green could be okay as well. I think it would just depend on the shade

Champagne is a nice idea, maybe touches of gold or bronze would liven it up a bit. When i think vineyard, i think 'rustic' and I think warm metallics might be a nice fit with the plum color you've already chosen.
