Color Scheme

I am stumped. I can't choose a color scheme for my April wedding. Any suggestions???

Also, do you think black is too harsh for BM dresses?

Spring colors maybe? Purples, blues, pinks...light colors?
black dresses are fine! Play them up with a colored sash or a bright bo-k.

i am doing black in april....but i am doing light pinks for my flowers to lighten it up.

imo black can go for any season!

my wedding is the week after yours. look at my profile. that is the current color motif i am leaning towards at the moment.

any color dress is fine..if you think its too harsh for a spring wedding use fun spring flowers to soften the look!

black looks good on anyone.. and probably out of all the BM dress colors out there its most likely to be worn again

fh and decided to do green and purple (not mardi gras)
not sure what shades yet but one of my bm has been sending me tones of pictures of flowers in those colors!!!!!

great spring color!!!

personally i dont like black for bm dresses, i just think that its a little somber for a wedding... but it still looks pretty dont get me wrong just personally wouldnt do it....

you could do so many diff colors for april! i love when brides do different shade of the same color.... it looks soooo pretty

why not gray as opposed to black to soften it up? still dramatic and so many more options to play with with the gray (purple, yellow, pink....)

my girls are wearing black but with a red sash that goes all the way down the back of the dress to break it up a bit and probably red and white flowers to brighten it as well.

in april i would do soft pastel colors..that would be pretty

Im doing red black and white for my colors and Im in April also. They arent spring colors but ive always wanted these colors and I tend to hate pastels. Dont worry about the season. Just pick whatever colors you like.
