What does everyone think about colored bridal shoes? I wanted to do my something blue with a blue shoe. I know that I do not want a white shoe and I love the way a colored bridal shoe looks in pictures! Any thoughts anyone? Any recommendations for a certain shoe or designer? It's really hard to find pictures of colored bridal shoes!

I think its cute in some pics but I'm not sure I'd want it in all my pictures.
shoes are going to be an issue for me, I really dont want sandels. I dont like how it looks to see toes poking out from under the dress.

wow really nice shoe thread! i love colored shoes and i thought that the blue would go very nicely with the peacock feathers that i am incorporating in my centerpieces and flowers so the something blue shoes would go with colors that will be seen during the day in the decor

I really really really want to do colored shoes - I was thinking about getting shoes in the same color as my BM dresses (Eggplant) - but we'll see. I brought the idea up to Mom the other night and she was not happy!! Mom is a bit of a traditionalist...!

i think its a very cute idea.
i will probably do white, but thats just cuz i really don't care about the shoes for the wedding that much....i know call me Crazy ....i normally love shoes, but i feel like i'd rather focus on so many other things for the wedding since no one will really notice my shoes.

i'm wearing navy blue shoes for the ceremony through the first dance. they will match my bridesmaids dresses and the sash on my dress. after that, i'm wearing navy blue and white sneakers. i'm too much of a klutz to be wearing heels all night.
