Colored Shoes with a White Wedding Dress

I want to be a little different on my wedding day... I would love to wear colored shoes with my white wedding dress.. colored as in match the color of the BM's / MOH Dresses... What is everybody's opinion on that???

Go for it!!! I think that that would be cute!!! I'm wearing colored shoes under mine!! The first pair of shoes that my FH ever bought me!!!

I love it!!!!!!!!!!! I wish I could do this, but my dress is ivory so it will look weird I think. I do wanna put feathers on my shoes though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is probably what I am doing..my girls are wearing black (most likely) so I will probably get black shoes that I can wear again as well

Honestly, i wanna have more then one pair of shoes... i was thinking something with rhinestones for walking down the isle... and then changing into colored shoes for the cocktail hour and reception and then of course my white slippers for the end of the night ... cause i know ill be dancing my butt off all night!!!

I can't post this shoe pic but check these out : Kelly & Katie Romeo Sandal @ www.dsw.com .. i already bought them in black and they are the most comfortable sandl i ever bought.

I would say do it. My girls are wearing royal blue, and I am going to wear royal blue shoes with my alabaster (light cream) dress.

I'm wearing white shoes for the ceremony and if I find light pink shoes with bling that I love (that happen to be the same height), I'll switch to those for the reception!

my dress is ivory and the sash on my dress is a champagne color. i want to have my shoes dyed to match the champagne color.

i think a lot more brides are doing this and its a fun idea! go for it!

Gonna find the brightest hot pink shoes I can to wear to the reception.. I would like to wear white shoes for the ceremony though to be more traditional... I feel like changing up my shoe type will help me deal with being on my feet all day also lol
