Does anyone recommend any hair saloons in Long Island that have colorists that have done their highlights???
I went to Sir Johns, which is a little far, and want to go somewhere that others have gotten their hair done. I need to go blonde again.............

my friend christina (Tina they call her at the salon) works for cactus in east meadow and she does an amazing job!

In Nassau I know Maximus in Merrick is really good.

Before Massapequa preferrably. I'm very nervous about having someone new do my highlights, i've been going to the same person for years but are schedules are conflicting right now and I really do not want to wait any longer, i've been a brunette since November and I need my blonde back!
If anyone has used Emma at Sir Johns in West Babylon and has any comments that would be great, she cut my hair last Saturday but cutting hair is very different from highlighting hair...

Nicole Klett at Defranco Spagnolo salon in Great Neck is really good. She did my hair for years. I have curls which is even harder to get right with highlights, but she did a great job.
I LOVE JP at Self Image Salon in Amityville. She does my cuts and highlights. I just started getting highlights last year and was nervous that they wouldn't look good. The highlights are always so natural looking. (and she's a real sweetheart too!)
