Hey girls, I need help, my bridesmaid dresses are black and I want to do bright pink flowers, bouquet and all of that stuff. BUT, can I do different shades of pink as well, for example I wanted to make the petal cones and I have no idea what color to buy the paper. Should I buy bright pink paper with black lettering and then what color ribbon? I did the we do letters last night and I painted them all bright pink.
I am so confused (sorry so long)

Re: colors
IMHO - I would leave the flowers and the petals to different shades of pink/peach/etc, and the petal cone holders to a white/black with pink lettering.

Re: colors
Take a look at CaMacho wedding review on the bride's review board she had black BM dresses and pink flowers. I'm sure you can get some amazing ideas from her review!

Re: colors
2 suggestions - shiny black with bright pink letterings, with a very sheer pink ribbon. or silver with black lettering with sheer pink ribbon.

Re: colors
I think you could really play around with it. It's a great idea. I would keep it black with maybe 2 or 3 shades of pink. The dresses black with bright pink sash and pale pink roses or mixed dark and light pink. The petalcones pale pink paper with black writing and dark petals or mixed. honestly i think it will look really great just stick to 2 or 3 shades of pink. For the we do letters I am not sure if you want to paint then black and put different shades of pink crystals over them or I would leave them bright pink and put pale or clear crystals. I don't think everything has to match. As long as you keep it in the same color family. I think it looks better with a few different colors. Ours is brown with burnt orange and gold and light brown crystals and theme. Good luck HTH

I agree. You have no WHITE, so why white cones? I like the blcack or pink cones and vice versa for lettering.

I agree. I did cream colored cones, with black lettering and ribbons and with pink flowers.
