I also like the idea of different shades in the same family, rather than completely different hues. It will give you something to base everything else on, your flowers, linens, etc.

If you do go ahead with the various bright dresses, I would suggest sticking to a very neutral palette for your flowers and linens, otherwise, you run the risk of it looking a little distracting.

I was thinking of doing a color theme for the wedding, but I'm not sure. I was thinking of having 5 bridesmaids and groomsmen. All the bm will wear the same dress but each will have a different color ( pink orange yellow green and blue) in all really bright colors bc its the summer. The groomsmen vests will match the girl they walk down with, but i don;t know where to go from there. What do you think of this honestly, and do you have any other ideas to go with this?

I love the second picture! all the different color dresses work so well together and makes me happy just looking at it.

The last pic too.. i'm going with dark purple BM dresses. i think this idea might have to be added in just to be colorful.
