I'm getting stressed over the color scheme of my wedding. I wanted it to be 'autumnal' (bridesmaids in wine and mom's in goldish/rust color) but now my mom doesn't want to be in that color. I don't know what to do. She wants to buy the dress now and the wedding is next October. Any suggestions on a color scheme?

I think that you can still keep your autumn theme. Have your girls in wine (love that color!) and maybe your MOH in a goldish/rust color. Or, maybe have your girls in a variety of fall colors/shades (that would be really pretty!). Just b/c you Mom wants to wear another color, I don't think it will hurt the color scheme - unless - is she a part of the bridal party?

The moms don't have to match the bridal party. What about champagne color?

Champagne was my wedding theme color. I think it would also be a good autumnish color in October.
