Having a difficult time trying to decide on which colors would go best with my gown. I am having a destination wedding so I don't want any dark colors and my mom is wearing brown. This is my gown and in this color....
what are your fav colors? I think that would be the best place to start.

Well- I typically like blues and greens which would match the water but clash with the dress....I think if I was wearing white it would be easier.....I really love the burnt oranges and red...what do you girls think?

what about like a dusty pink? i think it would look really nice with your dress and the brown, plus it keeps it light and summery

Maybe pink or coral? Or a teal since you like blue and green. I don't think blues and greens will clash with your dress and there are SO MANY shades of those colors.
I don't think red and burnt orange is great for a destination wedding.

Well since your gonna be on an island, do the blues and greens. I don't think they will clash at all. There are so many different shades of blue and green that I am sure you can find one you like.
If anything, request swatches of the fabric and hold them up to your dress. That way, you will get a better idea...

Your dress is so pretty, You can do a blue color to match the water like a ocean blue color would look nice.

my friend's wedding was in st john 5 years ago... the dresses were teal and from macy's they even had clear beads on fishing wire for the straps... we loved them they were so beachy. The guys wore linen pants and white button downs and us girls walked down the aisle/sand barefoot

Your gown is GORGEOUS! I think you could do any color really, turquoise, coral or light pink would be great for a destination wedding and I think would look beautiful with your gown. Good luck!
