Colors and Centerpieces

Colors and Centerpieces

So, I am looking to go for a white and navy theme. The girls in navy dresses with white flowers and green accents (think green buds for spring). Anyway, my place has white linens and I was hoping to put white flowers on the table. I was thinking a crisp clean white feel with tea lights. I went to a florist who kept encouraging me to add more color. Is anyone or did anyone choose to go with a simple white centerpiece? Here is what I was thinking...maybe a little larger.

i think its crisp and pretty. a pop of color couldnt hurt but if you just want white thats fine too. some more ideas (pics) below.

i like the idea of a navy table runner though. other ideas- maybe you could just do more green in with the white, maybe a diff color rose petals around, do something different with the vase, diff color tealights....?

Hey!

I am planning on doing all white centerpieces as well-- high CP's with calla Lillies, white hydrangea etc. I went back and forth with color but ultimatly I love white for weddings and also my hall is pretty ornate and has a lot of gold going on so I wanted my flowers to be simple and elegant in terms of color .

If you want a pop of color you can get colored LED lights to put in your CP vases.. you could for example get a blue light

That's a gorgeous CP. I am doing a black and white wedding. My CP's are white with a touch of green (CP's are in album) and I am having all white/ivory linens.

I used white and blue in my Bouquet. As for the centerpiece I would just add a touch of blue or green in there just to give it a little pop for the photos.
