Color/Theme Help for Sept wedding

I am getting married Sept 7, 2012... I honestly have no clue about color/theme I would be able to use.....

Technically its still summer but its after Labor Day???!!!

I am also not a PINK OR PURPLE kinda girl
Any advice would be helpful.....

I am partial but I did white, ivory and cranberry in late Oct! There are SO many shades of deep, rich red....it was a really nice pop of color against the white flowers! I think it could work for early early fall / late late summer....

for that time of year you can def set the tone of the wedding. If it were in the summer id say you would be stuck with pinks/purples but in Sept (after labor day) you could go burnt orange, deep reds, dark purples. there are a ton of options..maybe check out some florists and get an idea of flowers you like and base it on that.

I think it depends on WHAT u want to do....... DO WHAT U WANT...
U dont have to go with Fall colors just bc its Fall chica....

I am getting marry o 9/25 and My colors are Royal Blue, White & Silver (with hint of black).... With stars.....

Nothing relate fall.....

I did teal/'oasis' dresses for my girls with gem tone colors. I loved everything about my color scheme... Peep my albums for some pics.

i would say anything works....you can still do summery colors if you wanted its def close enough to summer....how about jewel tones?? fushias or jades or something like that.

reds are good too!

Thanks everyone for your feedback... I feel its still too early to pick a color and I will not be able to find a bm dresses that would match it.... but in the mean time I want to start ordering some stuff.

I just got married this past Sept 5th. I realized it's a GREAT time because you can go either way. You can do fall colors if you want or you can stick with the spring colors. I'm not much help with colors because we did black and white with a small hint of a pale pink.

I am getting married on Sept 9. I am doing dark teal dresses with pale purple and ivory flowers.

Believe it or not you will are still considered a summer wedding so you can use any color that makes you happy!
