you have to share the pictures. Somewhere on the shutterfly site, there is an option to share pictures, and you have to select them all. Then it will give you a link where no password is needed.
Edited to add, near the top it says 'Share online' click that, then you have to select each picture, after you select the pictures, click next. Then email yourself the link. I think they show you the link on the next page, or you can wait for the email.
